What You Need to Know to Attend:
- If you are new to our work, it is recommended that you attend the entire day's intensive. The day will be loaded with information and activities. Our work is cumulative. Again, to enroll, please send an email to gary@garyswanson.org, and we will contact you for your interview and tuition. Please be sure to include your name, telephone number, and the best time to reach you.
- Bring loose fitting clothes. If you are planning to work on a scene during the evening session, bring wardrobe.
- ATA does not allow food on premises so please make sure keep that activity outside the Company Space.
- Payment:
If you want to reserve a space there is a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold your place for the intensive payable via PayPal (you do not need a PayPal account to pay via this method). You can do that by going using pay pal from my web page or arrangements will be made to make the deposit personally. We are already filling up the limited space so it is advised to make the commitment to hold the space as soon as possible. Make sure to bring the remaining payment to the session. Time is wasted when students have to run out to an ATM. You may also pay via check or cash in person, but arrangements MUST be made ahead of time, and payment MUST be received before the day of the intensive.
- Please be punctual. Part of becoming a professional is to realize that if you are late, you make
others late along with you…
Final Note:
The work we do as actors is important. It must be respected but it also must become great fun. It can only get to the pleasure level when the work, the effort and the desire all come together.
If you are any medication that affects your physical or mental states, please let this be known in the interview.
